Find Food You Love: How we engineer menus to help guests find food they come back for!

A common misconception about what we do in menu engineering is that we ‘want to trick you into spending more’- for example, by selling you the surf ‘n turf or another high-priced item.

That’s poor business practice, and we don’t do that.

Our goal is to help you find food you love… food you love so much that you want to come back for more.

I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on this with Jimmy Rhoades for a segment on “The List TV,” and it’s as true now as it was then, perhaps even moreso.

For restaurateurs and operators, what are your “bring ‘em back” items?

What are the items you would serve to your childhood hero or grandparents?

What would you serve to guests that you know will make them want to come back tomorrow or next week?

I would love for you to drop me a line at and let me know!
